In December, Chinasoft International ranked the first in all provinces and also the first in the whole country in the Huawei cloud first-class dealer development in Beijing, Shanghai, Fujian, and Shaanxi, which was highly recognized by Huawei in all regions. By 2020, CSI will open another three key regions including Shenzhen, Jiangsu and Zhejiang to further expand the scope of cooperation.
In December, JointForce Cloud Integration signed strategic cooperation agreements successively with Cangshan Government Fuzhou, the permanent venue of the Digital China Summit, Guilin Government, Chongqing Municipal Government, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and Lanzhou Government, to build digital government platform of Internet + Software Transaction Service and upgrade the management measures for urban software-related projects, adding impetus to the development of the digital economy in all regions.

In November, Huawei carried out annual supplier development assessment for Chinasoft International, and our average score was 1.08 points higher than that of the previous year, among which the scores of five dimensions were more than 6 points. The promotion of SD plan achieved remarkable results.
In November, the government cloud and the integrated safety operation and maintenance innovation project jointly developed with Shenzhen Big Data Resource Management Center and Huawei passed the preliminary test. The project realized the unified resources dispatching of more than 130 commissions, offices and bureaus, and the resource distribution was responded with a high efficiency, with the work order approval time shortened from 3 months to one week, greatly improving the efficiency of government affairs.
In November, JointForce signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Russian Software Association on behalf of Chinese Software Industry Association, and the international version of JointForce platform became the carrier of software innovation cooperation between Russia and China, starting a new journey of digital Belt and Road between Russia and China.
In November, we reached strategic cooperation with China Power Construction Corporation – East China Investigation and Design Institute, and the Phase I Xiongan Power Grid digital engineering management platform jointly built by both parties was recognized by many parties. We acquired Beijing Zhongyan Materials E-Commerce Co., Ltd. to deepen our strategic partnership with the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, with the company’s services covering internal business processes in the tobacco industry.
The core tobacco IT team at Beijing Golden Leaf Software Technology Development Co., Ltd. entered into business relations with us.
We acquired Chinasoft Cyber Resource Software Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. to enhance the company’s market share in the field of IT outsourcing services and to expand our IT outsourcing services in the European and American markets.
We acquired Chinasoft Computer Training Center to take the company’s business into the training industry.
We won the tender for the “Golden Insurance” project with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for Tongren City in Guizhou province, and launched business related to the “Golden Insurance” project.
We set up subsidies in Guangzhou and Hangzhou to enhance the capability for regional service and delivery.
We implemented V3.0 of the middleware platform ResourceOne which supports independent intellectual rights applications, and made it popular among the auditing industry across the country so as to solve major technology- and management-related problems during the performance of the Golden Auditing Project effectively, which has become the core platform in the auditing industry.
We signed a general integration contract for the Golden Auditing Project with the National Audit Office to establish the company’s position as general consultant, general integrator and general service provider in the Golden Auditing Project.
We listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with the stock code HKSE.8216.
Until 2002, we obtained e-government construction projects across the top five economic and technical development zones in China (Tianjin, Dalian, Harbin, Beijing and Guangzhou) and office automation projects for the National Audit Office, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Civil Affairs and Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
We jointly established the China E-Government Research Center with the China Electronics Corporation (CEC) in 2001, which greatly promoted the progress of China’s e-government informatization.
We released the ResourceOne V1.0 platform to support independent intellectual rights applications in 2000.
We registered and established Chinasoft International Limited in February 2000, and established Beijing Chinasoft International Information Technology Co., Ltd. in April.

Graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology with a doctorate in engineering. From June 1991 to October 1996, Dr. Chen held the post of Deputy General Manager of China Great Wall Computer Software Company; from November 1996 to April 2000, he served as Vice President of China National Software & Service Co., Ltd.; in December 2003, he serves as the Senior Vice President of Chinasoft Network Information Technology and the director of Chinasoft Resources. Since April 2000, Dr. Chen served successively as the Director, General Manager, Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of Board of Chinasoft International Co., Ltd.

Dr. Tang obtained a doctorate degree in motor electronic control from Beijing Institute of Technology. He is responsible for Excellency Training Center, and has more than 20 years experience in the software information industry. From December 1993 to March 1995, he worked in Beijing Office of American W&P Company as the Office Director. From May 1995 to March 2000, Dr. Tang was employed by Beijing Institute of Technology Industrial Company as Deputy General Manager. Since April 2000, he has served successively as Deputy General Manager, Vice President and Senior Vice President of Chinasoft International.

Mr. Chung has 20 years of experience in IT, mainly engaged in the customer management, service, technology and marketing, quality control and management, project management and client support for IT corporations in industries such as government, telecommunications, finance, etc. Before joining Chinasoft International, he served as the information technology database principal for the Ministry of Finance from 1989 to 1991; he served as the information technology officer for the Navy Department of the Australian Government’s Department of Defence from 1991 to 1995; he also served as Project Director at Atos Origin, with responsibility for the management of large projects and major clients in Asia Pacific from 1996 to 2005.

Before joining the Company, Ms. Leong worked in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for over 5 years where she was mainly responsible for financial auditing and internal control reporting. She has over 10 years’ experience in financial auditing, listing compliance and corporate governance.
